The Kingdom of God
One of the areas we focus on in NRC seminars is the topic of the Kingdom of God. What does the word church mean? How does God’s economy work? How do we operate as a team and think strategically?
The Church
God’s Word likens the church to several images. He speaks of it as a family, as a community, as a body, but also as an army or a temple of the Holy Spirit. Let us delve together into all these depths of what the Church is about, so that we can better understand what we are actually part of and what the Church is meant to manifest and bring to this world.
The Kingdom of God
Have you ever thought that, for example, communism or democracy affects every area of our lives, as long as we live under these regimes? They affect our work, education, travel, leisure, family and economy. They shape the culture in which we live. As we read the Bible, we find that it too speaks into every area of our lives. The clear conclusion is that Christianity should bring the culture of Heaven into this world. Let’s all look together at what that means and what everyone’s role in it is. If you want to do something with us too, come and join the National Revival initiative.
Economy of the Kingdom of God
God’s economy is different from the economy of this world. God puts a vision on man’s heart, and when man sets out on a journey, He gives him all the means to realize that vision (Matthew 6:33). This is in direct contrast to thinking that when I have everything I need, I will start doing something. Let’s focus on this teaching together, because the time is coming when God is beginning to create a movement of His people in our land, and therefore the visionaries will increase.
Leadership and Teamwork
The movement of God’s people in our country will also lead to the rise of new leaders and their teams. What did Jesus’ leadership look like? How did he lead others, how did he function with the disciples as a team? Let’s look at these topics together as well, to be inspired by the source itself.
