The Life Factory

The Life Factory is a vision that Honza Selnekovič received from God in 2013. God led him to buy an accommodation complex in Nové Město pod Smrkem. Shortly thereafter, they discovered its connection to Auschwitz – the real death factory and the tragic removal of the Sudeten Germans after the war. Although they started with practically no money, they raised CZK 7.5 million for it in a very supernatural way, basically within a month.

This began a new story for the site, which is now called Jcamp. The campus currently serves mainly as accommodation for schools, summer camps for children, but also for families. More and more, however, it is also used for many Christian events, such as small conferences, choir holidays, etc. The vision is that the campus will gradually become a conference and training center with a capacity of about 200 people, which will serve not only in the Czech Republic but also, due to its location, for connections with foreign countries, where people will be continually taught the Word of God, trained in the power of God and released for God’s work here on earth. The church in Nové Město pod Smrkem is continually working towards the vision of “A City Transformed by God” , but we believe that through Jcamp, people will arise in our country through which whole nations will be transformed by God.

The camp is located in a very strategic place. From the perspective of the Czech Republic, it is in the far north. However, it is actually in the very centre of Europe, close to both Germany and Poland. This makes the possibility of foreign connections much greater.
